Hello, and a good day to everyone participating in our last collection package sale for this year. I am Yuseff Aguell, and with the help of my business partner Elle Uy, we prepared this simple link to allow clients from past collection package sales and everyone who inquired in the last couple of weeks a fair chance of acquiring almost all ridiculously discounted furniture and accent pieces from our showroom, DuoDeco Studio which is in hiatus since we started our renovation. Big discounts are also in play on items here from my collector's page, Collective Obsession. I will also be releasing some pieces from my own personal collection. We would like to thank all of you who has waited patiently (and eagerly) for this sale. As some of you who has been part of our past sales know, the items you'll see here is a mix of accent pieces, and conversation pieces; we're glad that you can join us again. For those participating in our collection package sale for the first time, welcome and we hope you enjoy the sale. 

When I mentioned that almost all these pieces are ridiculously discounted, that was not an exaggeration. Since we're already in the finishing stages of our renovation, this is our final sale with this much discounted items. We have already gathered all the pieces that we won't be using in our new home and showroom design. By the way, for those who doesn't know yet, my business partner is also my x girlfriend, and she's now my fiancee (insert hearts and smiley here haha) and my priority now is clearing excess pieces from our collection, and past inventory from DuoDeco Studio before we relaunch the showroom, and move in after the wedding this coming September. Almost all the pieces here are marked down 30% to 70% off. Pieces from my personal collection has a collector's value but still discounted for release. Thanks again everyone! Enjoy!

NOTES

-Prices are already discounted 50% to 70%

-Prices are fixed

-Additional discounts will be given for multiple pieces reserved/purchased

-Reservation is for 2 days

-Reservation will be canceled after 2 days

-Reservation can be canceled anytime by the client

-In case of a canceled reservation for an item, the next client who reserved it gets the reservation for 2 days

-If a client cancels his/her reservation for an item, he/she can not reserve it again unless it's still unreserved by another client.

-Payments can be made by bank deposit before shipping or, cash upon pick up

-All items are for pick up, shipping or trucking delivery only since we're still swamped with renovation finishing, and wedding preps.

-A text, pm, or viber confirmation will be sent after we review all reservations

-Pieces in this Collection Package sale can only be reserved from July 27 to July 29 only

-Pieces will be available for pick up, shipping, or delivery after August 2 (It's after my fiancee's birthday, and that is also a priority for me)

Guidelines and tips for this sale:

1) If you're interested in a piece you may reserve it by typing your sale code on the comments section for each item (sale code will be sent before the sale begins)

2) Set your phone alarm for 12 noon (12pm not am) today, July 27, if you want to be one of the first to reserve pieces you're interested in

3) Last note is, don't forget to just enjoy the sale! :)
